At Sip Champagnes, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but we understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns or replacements specifically for damaged or corked items within 14 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our concierge team with your order number and a photo of the damaged bottle or a description of the fault to initiate your claim.
Preserve the Product
If you believe a wine is corked or faulty, please re-seal the bottle with at least three-quarters of its contents remaining so our sommeliers can verify the defect.
Awaiting Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is approved.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive the returned bottle, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle immediately.
