How do you ensure the Champagne is transported safely?
We use specialized, reinforced double-walled cardboard packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage. All shipments are fully insured and handled by premium couriers experienced in transporting fragile goods.
Do you offer temperature-controlled shipping?
Yes, we monitor weather conditions and use climate-controlled storage. During extreme heatwaves, we may hold your order in our temperature-regulated cellar until it is safe to ship to ensure the wine's integrity is not compromised.
What is 'Grower Champagne' and why do you specialize in it?
Grower Champagne (Récoltant-Manipulant) is produced by the same estate that owns the vineyards. We specialize in these because they offer a unique expression of terroir and craftsmanship that mass-produced labels often lack.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled bottles?
While rare, if you believe a bottle is corked or faulty, please keep the contents in the bottle and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or credit following a quality assessment.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely. You can add a custom gift message at the checkout stage, which will be printed on a high-quality card and included in the box without any pricing information shown on the packing slip.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
