There is a pleasant mid palate weight and fruity character, leading to an impressive finish with noteworthy texture, salinity, and longevity.

Based in the village of Avenay-Val-d’Or in the very East of the Marne Valley, this domain is currently run by 5th generation vigneron, Morgann Saintot. Committed to working in a sustainable way, the Maison is HVE certified and currently on route to organic certification. Working with 10ha of mostly Pinot Noir, Morgann vinifies his plots separately to highlight the typical characteristics of each terroir.
